Mortal Life is a free-to-play card game developed by VNEXG. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how it is used. By playing the game you agree to this policy.

1 Information We Collect
When you play Mortal Life, we may collect the following:
- Username — your in-game display name.
- Email address — required for guest accounts; used for account recovery and security.
- Google account email — only if you sign in with Google.
- Device model & OS version — used for optimization and support.
- Device ID — a hardware identifier used for security and anti-cheat purposes.
- Advertising ID — used by Google AdMob to serve ads (resettable in device settings).
- Game statistics — wins, losses, ELO rating, experience points.
- In-game inventory — cards, decks, currency, and rewards.
- Login activity — date and time of last login.
2 How We Use Your Information
- Provide and improve the game experience.
- Synchronize your progress across multiple devices.
- Enable account recovery and player support.
- Detect and prevent cheating or unauthorized access.
- Display advertisements through Google AdMob.
- Enable multiplayer matchmaking through Photon Network.
3 Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely on Firebase (Google Cloud infrastructure). We apply industry-standard security rules to protect your information. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties beyond the services listed in this policy.

4 Advertising
Mortal Life uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect and use the following data to serve ads:
- Advertising ID — a resettable device identifier for relevant ads.
- Approximate location — derived from IP address, not GPS.
- App usage data — how you interact with ads inside the game.
This data is processed by Google in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.
Settings → Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID
If you are located in the EU / EEA / UK, you will be shown a consent form on first launch powered by Google UMP. You may change your ad preferences by reinstalling the app.
5 Data Retention & Account Deletion
We retain your data as long as your account is active.
Self-deletion: You may permanently delete your account at any time from the in-game "?" panel → Delete Account tab. Upon deletion:
- All game progress (cards, decks, currency, ELO, statistics) is permanently erased.
- Your username, email address, and login credentials are removed from our systems.
- Your Firebase Authentication account is deleted.
- This action is irreversible.
Banned accounts cannot be self-deleted through the in-game panel. To request deletion, contact us at mortallife.studio@gmail.com. For fraud prevention, we may retain an irreversible cryptographic hash (SHA-256) of your email solely for security purposes.
6 Children's Privacy
Mortal Life does not target children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
7 Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about you — contact us by email.
- Delete your account — use the in-game "?" → Delete Account tab.
- Correct inaccurate data — contact us by email.
- Withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account.
- Opt out of personalised ads — reset Advertising ID in device settings.
EU / EEA / UK users have additional rights under GDPR including the right to data portability and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
